CABT - Cold Food Unit
Refrigerated Cold Pan Self-Contained with Defrost System

The refrigerated cold food cart is the most efficient refrigerated cold food display available anywhere. The traditional cold-wall system is replaced by a forced air evaporator, enabling precise temperature control and maximum cold transfer to your product. It's fully self-contained - just plug it in and turn it on. The cold pan accommodates standard 12" x 20" pans, or fractional size pans with the use of adapter bars.

CACC - Corner Unit

Maximize your serving line display area and give your counter that custom finished look with the corner unit. It's made to match all CA-CART units with our exclusive locking mechanism. Two end panels may be specified for outside corner applications.

Refrigerated Frost Top with Refrigerated Base

The frost cart provides the most attractive way of displaying your pre-plated cold foods and adds the convenience of a refrigerated base for backup storage.
