ADGP - Adapter Plates
To maximize the efficiency of any operation, Set-N-Serve offers a full line of adapter plates to fit any 12" x 20" opening. When used with a hot food well, a standard well can be used to hold round inserts for soup, sauces, or gravy. A Perforated adapter plate is available to keep product moist or a plain adapter to utilize a well as a flat work surface. Adapters are available for cold pans also, to hold salad bowls or dressing inserts.
